Plot Twist After 40 was created by Lori & Aimee, two women who did all the “right” things… until life threw a plot twist they never saw coming. Divorce, dating again, raising kids, running businesses, changing bodies, big feelings— all of it, happening at once.
Lori is polished but playful, sophisticated and works best in organized chaos. Running three businesses and a mom of two.
Aimee is beachy, soulful and slightly unhinged. Running a marketing team and her own team at home with six kids.
Together they bring humor, honesty and heart to conversations about life after 40. The good, the awkward and the unexpectedly fun. Both with a laugh that makes you feel at home.
This podcast isn’t about having it all figured out. It’s about laughing through the chaos, owning your confidence, navigating dating without losing yourself, staying healthy without obsession and embracing desire, joy and connection at every stage.
